  ● There are 5 roster modes for pilots who apply CUA to choose from: residence, 6 weeks on 2 weeks off, 6 weeks on 3 weeks off, 4 weeks on 3 weeks off and 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. The yearly payment is up from $188,600 to $ 330,000 after tax.

  ● Besides the transportation allowance of $800 a month, there will be ticket bonus of $15,000USD/year . The reciept and itinerary will be needed for the reimbursement.
